Call recording

Record calls

California requires everyone on a call to agree to it being recorded, so turning this on plays "This call may be recorded." to the customer. Voicemails are always recorded, and the greeting says so.

Connect Twilio

Calls and texts go through the gallery's own Twilio account, which bills for its numbers, minutes and texts. Copy these from the Twilio Console. The auth token and API key secret are stored encrypted and never shown again.
